Over the weekend, the Lafayette LA Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated Kappa Leaguers experienced a truly impactful and memorable few days.

From Friday through Sunday, our young leaders attended the Annual Kappa League Conference hosted by the New Orleans LA Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated for the Southwestern Province. With over 300 Kappa Leaguers from across the province in attendance, the conference was held on the historic campus of Dillard University and was filled with meaningful workshops, campus tours, and open dialogues designed to educate, empower, and inspire.

From sessions on financial literacy and mental health to leadership development, career vision, and creative innovation, the weekend provided tools and exposure that will shape these young men for years to come.

The weekend concluded back home in Lafayette Louisiana, where we proudly celebrated and participated in the 10th Annual African American Heritage Parade, continuing our commitment to achievement in every field and serving our community.

A special shoutout to the brothers of Lafayette LA Alumni and Theta Nu for mentoring, chaperoning, and remaining steadfast in their dedication to developing young men into leaders within our society.

Yo to the Good Brothers.👌🏾♦️
